What Ivybridge Finance is
Ivybridge Finance acts as a broker, not a lender. It does not lend money, make credit decisions or set rates or terms. It takes funding requests from businesses and matches them with funding partners, which may be lenders, equipment lessors or merchant cash advance funders.
Who makes credit decisions
Every funding partner reviews a request its own way, chooses whether to offer anything, and fixes the amount, rate, fees and terms. Ivybridge has no power to approve a request or to promise a result. You decide whether to accept any offer.
Merchant cash advances are not loans
A merchant cash advance is a purchase of part of a business's future receipts. It is not a loan; the purchased amount is remitted from sales rather than repaid. Its cost is set by a factor, which is not an interest rate. Compare total dollars.
How your information is shared
Information you give by form or phone is shared with funding partners so they can review your request, and partners may contact you directly. The privacy policy in the footer explains this in full.
Before accepting an offer
- Add up every dollar you will pay or remit.
- Check the payment schedule and how payments are collected.
- Read the prepayment, default and security sections and any personal guarantee.
- Put any unclear clause to the partner in writing before you sign.
